One man will killed and another was wounded in an early morning shooting outside a District Heights apartment complex, Prince George’s County Police said.
The shooting happened at about 4:22 a.m. Thursday in the 2900 block of Victory Lane. One victim was pronounced dead on the scene. The condition of the second person was unknown as of late morning, police said.
