Joe Biden was swarmed by bugs as he delivered a speech about climate change and fires in California.
“Sorry, that was a bug,” Biden said Monday while swiping a large insect off his neck. “Speaking of the environment.”

The former vice president and Democratic presidential nominee delivered his remarks outdoors at the Delaware Museum of Natural History, calling President Trump a “climate arsonist.”
“It shouldn’t be so bad that millions of Americans live in the shadow of an orange sky and are left asking, ‘Is doomsday here?'” he said.
Insects, though, plagued Biden again during his remarks, and he periodically brushed them off. One bug perched on Biden’s shoulder before it crawled up to his neck, and Biden eventually brushed it off. A breeze moved the plants behind him on the 77-degree day.
