Pleasantly Unsurprised by Metro

In a decision I thought made good comic fodder, Metro is delaying discussion on General Manager Catoe’s plan to raise fares — including a 40-cent increase on the cheapest rail fare. Of course, I’d rather they not hike fares; I just thought the delay was ironic.
