HUMBLE, Texas (AP) — Harris County Sheriff’s deputies have seized nearly $2 million worth of marijuana plants from a Houston-area home.

The sheriff’s office says nearly 500 plants were recovered Tuesday night in Humble. An electric company employee noticed a power source at the home had been tampered with and alerted authorities.

It’s unclear if the house was occupied.

A neighbor tells KHOU-TV that a strange smell came from the home but that she didn’t suspect anything was wrong.

No arrests have been reported. Police are investigating.
