Legg Mason Inc. has named former Lehman Brothers exec Peter Sundman as president and CEO of ClearBridge Advisors, one of its New York-based asset management subsidiaries.
Sundman joins ClearBridge from Neuberger Investment Management Inc., formerly the asset management arm of Lehman Brothers, where he was chairman and CEO. He replaces Brian Cuneo, who left in March.
“It’s an exciting time to join the firm,” Sundman said in a statement.
