Matt Drudge appears to have gotten the last laugh against President Trump.
In a simple two-word headline that followed the announcement that Democratic candidate Joe Biden had become the apparent victor of the 2020 presidential election, Drudge jabbed Trump with a saying he nad made famous while firing contestants on the show Celebrity Apprentice.
“YOU’RE FIRED!” Drudge wrote next to an image of Trump looking defeated.

A slew of major networks called the race for Biden on Saturday following new vote counts in Pennsylvania that pushed Biden to what is reportedly an insurmountable lead in the all-important state and its 20 Electoral College votes.
Trump has vowed to fight the result, and his campaign has already begun the process of filing lawsuits in a number of states that will decide the outcome of the election.
Drudge was a major supporter of Trump during the 2016 presidential race but soured on the president during his term in the Oval Office. Trump attacked Drudge’s coverage repeatedly over the past year as the website battered the president.
