Suspect in fatal police chase held without bond

The second suspect arrested in connection with a car chase that left a Prince George’s County police officer dead is being held without bond.

Fort Washington resident Kevon Darnell Neal, 23, turned himself into police on Thursday night. Neal and District resident Kenneth Clark Mitchell, 24, are both charged with felony theft of $10,000 to $100,000 for the stolen Acura involved in the police pursuit and crash.

Officers Adrian Morris and Michael Risher were following the suspects on Interstate 95 when their police cruiser veered off the road. Morris was killed in the crash.
