DEPLANING DELAY: Philippine aviation authorities are investigating a Cebu Pacific crew who waited for 15 minutes before deploying emergency slides on a plane that overshot a runway and landed on its nose.
WHAT’S THE HOLDUP? None of the 165 passengers was injured, but several complained about the slow response. The rough landing happened in stormy weather Sunday evening.
