Stormy Daniels issues final words about Michael Avenatti

Stormy Daniels released what she said would be her last statement on Michael Avenatti before facing off against her former lawyer in court.

“Attorneys generally don’t forge client’s names to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from them and then lie about it for months on end either,” Daniels said Tuesday in a statement released on Twitter. “I have our original agreement with (non forged) signatures where all you asked for was $100, which now I see was grossly overpriced. You’ll get your day in court and I personally can’t wait.”

“And that’s all I have to say about that. Further inquiries can be directed to my new and more competent attorney,” Daniels added.

The comment by the 40-year-old porn star comes as Avenatti appeared in court Tuesday in the case, which alleges he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from Daniels.

In a Tuesday press conference, Avenatti attempted to shift the attention to President Trump by calling him the real criminal and a “third-rate mobster.”

Avenatti has been charged in both New York and Los Angeles in cases involving extortion and defrauding clients.
