NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities say the driver of a tractor-trailer has been injured in an accident on the Bruckner Expressway in the Bronx.
The accident occurred at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday in the northbound lanes at Pelham Parkway.
The tractor-trailer was lying and its side and causing extensive traffic delays in the area.
A fire department spokesman says the driver was taken to a hospital but his condition was not immediately known.
