WHAT: Defending the plum jobs landed by 184 key Obama fundraisers and their family members, Carney said the White House’s “ethical standards are unmatched by any previous administration.” WHY IT’S DIM: Does Carney seriously expect to remain credible by claiming this administration’s standards are higher than those of George Washington, for example, who would not have told such a laughable lie?
