Billionaire Democratic donor Tom Steyer hasn’t eliminated the possibility of running for president in 2020, according to a new report.

“I’m not ruling it out,” Steyer said when asked about his 2020 ambitions, according to NBC News. “I’m not ruling anything out. Because I’m really going to look and see what is the thing that will make the biggest difference.”
