President Trump pushed back on reports Saturday about his 45th visit to one of his golf clubs since taking office, insisting “meetings and calls” would be taking place because the trip “is not a vacation.”

“Working in Bedminster, N.J., as long planned construction is being done at the White House. This is not a vacation -meetings and calls!” Trump tweeted.

Although the White House would not confirm to the press pool whether Trump was planning on playing golf Saturday, he was dressed for the game and pictures appeared on Twitter throughout the day of the president riding in a golf cart.

According to the press pool, Trump is scheduled to meet with his new chief of staff John Kelly and other White House advisers over the course of his stay at Bedminster.
