The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs’ Permit Center will be closed on Friday and Saturday for staff training and renovations. The staff will learn to work at a temporary permit center that they will use while the DCRA undergoes renovations. The DCRA’s new permit center will nearly double in size and allow customers to have face-to-face meetings with engineers for express jobs.
