RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The 60-40 vote Friday by which the Virginia House of Delegates passed HB2313, which reforms the state’s system for funding transportation. Voting yes were 25 Democrats, 34 Republicans and one independent. Voting no were seven Democrats and 33 Republicans. A yes vote is in favor of final House passage.
Delegates are grouped according to their votes by party and listed alphabetically by their home locality.
