Maybe it’s the summer heat that’s making Washington politicians a tad grumpy.Exhibit A: Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., who was in quite a mood Monday at a Center for American Progress event on health reform. The House Energy and Commerce Committee chairman expressed disgust for Senate Republicans’ continued refusal to allow Congress to consider the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act.“Excuse me, but those bastards haven’t a place to talk,” Dingell said when referring to congressional Republicans.
