Stadium Derangement

It’s been a while since I broke out the ol’ Mayor Fenty caricature. He usually looks a littlesleepy-eyed, but sometimes I enjoy giving him that big, eager, bug-eyed look. I think it adds the feeling of naïveté to him, which is appropriate during these first few years of his term. Also, I just think it’s funny lookin’.
