During the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show, Justin Timberlake ripped Janet Jackson’s top, exposing her breast. The incident was later referred to as a “wardrobe malfunction.” CBS was fined a record $550,000, but the ruling was appealed and ultimately voided in 2011.
