NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities are investigating a suspicious package at Penn Station.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority says the Manhattan station has been evacuated. He says the suspicious package was first reported at about 10 p.m. Thursday.
Long Island Railroad service has been temporarily suspended between Penn Station and Jamaica.
No other details were immediately available.
