The president will speak late Wednesday morning at Georgetown Waterfront Park, at the foot of the Key Bridge. Obama will be urging the passage of the infrastructure piece of the America Jobs Act, the White House said, and needed repairs to the bridge could be paid for by the legislation. Preparations for the president’s appearance could hamper Wednesday morning’s commute across the Potomac River.
