Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stole a line from congressional Republicans in his call for America to “repeal or replace” the Iran Deal.

“Here’s my position, but it’s my position vis-a-vis the deal with Iran. If I had to compress it into two words, repeal or replace,” Netanyahu told Fox News anchor Sean Hannity in an interview that aired Friday evening. The statement was in reference to conservatives’ calls to repeal and replace Obamacare.

President Trump has blasted Iran for violating the spirit of the nuclear deal. Earlier this week, the White House contacted Congress to confirm that Iran is adhering with the 2015 nuclear deal created by former President Barack Obama.

Trump called for a National Security Council-led intelligence review of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action to determine if Iran’s continued sponsoring of terrorism and other issues were enough to cancel the deal, which he had promised to do while on the campaign trail last year.

“This would be my position. I think Washington has to decide its own position,” Netanyahu said. “Clearly, one thing that has to be changed is to not let Iran have the best of all worlds, which is the worst of all worlds for Israel and the Arab countries, the United States, the world.”
