A man was shot in the hand early Saturday morning in the District, but police have no idea who did it.
The man was walking in the street on the 5100 block of Fitch Street SE around 2:20 a.m. when he was shot in the hand. But the man couldn’t describe the suspect, so police don’t have a picture of whom they’re looking for.
The man was taken to a local hospital.
