A woman sitting in traffic was nearly robbed by another driver, Fairfax County police said.

The woman was waiting at a traffic light at Lee Highway and Merrilee Drive on Sept. 8, when the driver from two cars down approached her, implied that he had a weapon and demanded money. When the traffic light turned green, the woman drove away unharmed.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, in his mid-20s, about 5-foot-10 with a thin build. He had short black hair, a thin moustache, freckles and a gap between his front two teeth. He drove a silver sedan.
