Odorous Dulles Rail

I‘m a little fatigued from all the presidential campaign politics this week, so I wanted to change it up and draw a local cartoon for Friday. The Dulles Rail project is such a big deal — and a whopping amount of money — that it deserves to have lots of critical cartoons drawn about it. This was also one that I had fun drawing, and, incidentally, I came up with the idea right before taking my morning shower. (I must have stunk!)
