Construction is under way on Brittany Quarters, a 69-single family home community overlooking Gunpowder River in Baltimore County.
Under Development by Columbia-based Manekin and Pearlstone Realty Group, the project is located on about 30 acres on the south side of Joppa Farm Road.
The community will offer private wooded home sites built by Ryan Homes. Prices start above $260,000 and amenities include up to five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage.
A sales center at Brittany Quarters is scheduled for February completion. Ryan currently is selling the first 15 home sites — at preconstruction pricing — from the model in its Rock Hall Farm community in Abingdon.
