Whoopi Goldberg abruptly ends interview after clashing with Jeanine Pirro: ‘Say goodbye! I’m done!’

The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg abruptly ended a segment on the television show featuring Fox News host Jeanine Pirro after the two got into a heated clash about President Trump.

Pirro was on the morning talk show promoting her book Liars, Leakers, and Liberals on Thursday.

“I’m not here to talk about what Donald Trump is and isn’t,” Pirro said. But Goldberg pushed her to answer whether she thought Trump is an “ideologue that is faithful to conservative policies.”

Pirro fired back at Goldberg, accusing her of suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” which Trump defenders have said refers to a person who becomes hysterical over anything Trump does because of their dislike of the president.

“Listen, I don’t have Trump Derangement,” Whoopi said testily. “Let me tell you what I have. I’m tired of people starting a conversation with, ‘Mexicans are liars and rapists.’”

Goldberg said she’s never seen an elected politician, whether she’s supported them or not, be “so dismissive” and “whip up such hate.”

“What I suffer from is the inability to figure out how to fix this,” she continued. “That’s my issue.”

“You know what’s horrible?” Pirro shot back. “When people who shouldn’t be here end up murdering the children of American citizens.”

Goldberg yelled back: “What is horrible is when the president of the United States whips up people to beat the hell out of people! Say goodbye! I’m done!”

The show then went to a commercial break.
