Study with the boss in Jerusalem this winter at a weeklong seminar, “The Case for Nationalism,” offered by the Tikvah Fund.
The course, held from December 8-12, will look in detail at three “regimes”—Europe, America, and modern Israel—drawing upon a mix of classic texts, speeches, and case studies. Visit Tikvah’s website to learn how to apply.
You can study with other Standard contributors this fall, with two exceptional, paid learning opportunities offered by the Hertog Foundation in New York City.
- The first program, a weeklong study of the Iraq War, will be led by Paul Wolfowitz (AEI) and Lewis Libby (Hudson Institute), and will take place from October 27-31, 2014.
- The second will explore the fundamental questions of capitalism and democracy with Yuval Levin (National Affairs) and Chrisopher DeMuth (Hudson Institute), from November 10-21, 2014.
Details for the institute and how to apply can be found at hertogfoundation.org. Participants are eligible for a stipend to cover time and expenses. The applications deadline is August 1, 2014.
