Police said they have identified the the body of a man found at the Waste Management Facility in Manassas as 51-year-old Keith Allen Cox.
Police responded to the facility at 7911 Notes Drive in Manassas on Wednesday. Staff members told police that they found the body while processing trash, acoording to the Prince William County Police Department.
The cause of death for Cox, who did not have a permanent address, is still under investigation, police said.
