Jason and Sylvia Donovan bought at Homeport in Edgewater because it offered them plenty of options.

“Our floor plan had a two-story family room, but we cut that off and turned the upstairs into a fifth bedroom that we’re going to use as a playroom,” Jason said. “We bumped out a room in the basement to make it bigger so we could put a regulation size pool table down there.”

“They did a great job with the landscape architecture, keeping the trees,” Jason Donovan said. “We thought the community was just the right size and location for us.”
Situated just a few miles from Annapolis, Homeport is a “suburban community with an urban flair,” said sales manager Randy Lee said of the homes built by Camberley Homes and Winchester Homes.
“We’re known for our level of customization,” said sales manager Randy Lee. “Short of making the home float six inches off the ground, we can do just about anything.”
“The houses here are very inviting,” he said. “People love beautiful houses, but they need the kitchen space to accommodate large families, they need the sizable bedrooms, the closet space. They need to be livable.”
