My good friend Ed Morrissey of Captain’s Quarters reports that his wife’s kidney transplant has been successfully completed and that all looks well. The donor is doing well and Marcia – aka “First Mate” – even got an appendectomy during the transplant since the doctors were already there. How’s that for service!
