Besides accepting donations from fugitives from justice, there’s just something very icky about candidates raising tens of millions of dollars years in advance of a presidential election. While Hillary Clinton’s campaign hasn’t whole-heartedly gone negative yet, let me assure you, she will. They all will, Republican and Democrat alike. As an editorial cartoonist, politics is my bread and butter — but I still have to hold my nose and grimace most of the time.
