What: After conservative commentator S.E. Cupp’s appearance on “The View,” in which she criticized federal funding for abortion provider Planned Parenthood, he tweeted, “”On so many levels she’s a perfect demonstration of the necessity of the work Planned Parenthood does.” Why it’s dim: Considering that abortion is the service Planned Parenthood provides to about 97 percent of its more than 300,000 annual pregnant clients, this was obviously a suggestion that she should have been aborted.
Cure: Does the word “civility” ring any bells, Olbermann?
