The U.S. District Court judge in Alexandria has dismissed a lawsuit filed by more than a dozen current and former service members who say they were raped and abused by their comrades, the Associated Press reported. Those who filed the suit said there is an atmosphere in the military conducive of rape and assaults. But O’Grady said they don’t have a right to sue under the law they cited.
