Bernie Sanders will address his supporters via a livestream video message Thursday night.
A spokesman for the Democratic presidential hopeful told ABC News his candidate’s message will be: “The revolution continues.”
Hillary Clinton has already won the number of delegates required to secure the Democratic nomination when including endorsements from party officials.
After spending the weekend in his hometown of Burlington, Vt., Sanders told reporters, “We are going to take our campaign to the convention with the full understanding that we’re very good in arithmetic, and that we know, you know, who has received the most votes up till now.”
Sanders and Clinton are slated to meet for the first time all year Tuesday night in Washington, D.C., after polls close. The District of Columbia’s Tuesday primary is the final one in the Democratic Party’s nominating process, and Clinton is expected to win it by a wide margin.
Sanders is also meeting with Senate colleagues prior to the meeting with Clinton.
