Flash actor Ezra Miller has run into legal woes following a request from a Hawaii couple for a temporary restraining order against the actor in response to an incident earlier this week.
Miller, 29, threatened the couple after being released from jail on a $500 bail for disorderly conduct and harassment charges on Monday, the complaint said.
“The respondent is famous and wealthy,” the complaint read, according to People. “This makes access to weapons much easier, as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner.”
After being released from jail, Miller burst into the couple’s bedroom and began stealing their belongings and threatening them, according to the complaint, which was obtained by the Associated Press. The actor had been staying with the couple at a hostel in Hilo, Hawaii, but was escorted off the premises by police following the incident.

Some of the belongings that he attempted to steal included a wallet, a Social Security card, a passport, a driver’s license, and bank cards. He also threatened to “bury you and your slut wife,” reports said. The complaint was filed in the Third Circuit District Court.
Miller was arrested hours before the incident for allegedly screaming obscenities, lunging at a man playing darts, and stealing a microphone from a patron at a karaoke bar in Hilo, per the Hawaii Police Department. The owner told the police he tried to get the actor to calm down but was unsuccessful and called the police as a result.
Since March 7, Miller has been the source of at least 10 police calls in Hilo, Hawaii Police Department Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho said.
