President Trump is delivering his first on-air remarks Thursday morning after Attorney General William Barr conducted a press conference about the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.
Although Trump is set to speak at a Wounded Warrior event at the White House, the president often breaks from the script to address current events.
Trump already responded to Barr’s press conference with a meme reminiscent of the “Game of Thrones” series.
“No Collusion. No Obstruction. For the haters and the radical left Democrats — Game Over,” reads the caption of the tweeted meme, which shows Trump facing a cloud of fog.

Trump was also active on Twitter earlier in the morning before the attorney general’s press conference tweeting out that the report was “presidential harassment” and a “hoax.”
Barr said in his press conference, ahead of the public release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, there was “no collusion.”
“At the same time, there was relentless speculation in the news media about the president’s personal culpability. Yet, as he said from the beginning, there was in fact no collusion,” Barr said.
Barr also revealed Thursday that Mueller examined 10 instances involving actions by Trump that may have constituted obstruction of justice.
Mueller did not make a determination about whether Trump obstructed justice with his actions across the span of the probe, but rather laid out the evidence on both sides. Instead, it was Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who concluded that there was not enough evidence to establish whether Trump obstructed justice.
The Mueller report represents the completion of a nearly two-year investigation into whether Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with the Russian government to win the election.
