The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on the consideration of reparations for the descendants of African Americans held in slavery.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky doesn’t support legislation that would provide reparations for the descendants of slaves, he said Tuesday.
