CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. (AP) — A boat capsized off southern Maryland and one person remains missing.

The Coast Guard says it rescued two people from the vessel early Saturday, while the crew of a fishing boat rescued two others near Breezy Point.

The Coast Guard learned of the capsized vessel when a crewmember from the fishing boat called around 3:30 a.m. to report picking up two people clinging to a crab pot. The rescued boaters said there had been more people aboard their boat when it was swamped and capsized overnight in a thunderstorm. The Coast Guard then dispatched a boat that found two more survivors.

The missing man has been identified as 28-year-old Angel Ayala Cerros of Alexandria, Va. The four survivors were wearing life jackets at the time of the accident.
