Congress on Vacation

I don’t usually relish having to draw the U.S. Capitol dome because I’m never sure when to stop. The architecture has a lot of complexity to it, and I think it’s easy to “overwork” the drawing. I originally sketched this as a multi-paneled cartoon, but decided a single panel would make for a more striking image.
