The briefing is scheduled to begin at 2:45 p.m. from Reagan National Airport.
Officials have said that they do not expect any survivors among the 64 people on board the American Airlines flight, which was making its final approach into DCA from Wichita, Kansas, or the three service members on board the Army helicopter, which was on an annual training flight. The NTSB will be handling the investigation into the aviation disaster.
