At least four National Park Service workers are erecting a barricade around the World War II memorial, John McCormack reports:

 

 

Charlie Spiering reports that there could be at least 7 staffers there, including a bulldozer:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With that kind of staff, couldn’t they just have opened the Memorial?
