Two people died and four were rescued after the 25-foot boat they were in overturned near Point Lookout State Park in Scotland, Md., on Saturday.

Officials from the Coast Guard said they responded to the incident after a charter captain heard a radio call seeking assistance for the boaters at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The captain received the call from a family member of one of the people aboard saying the boat was taking on water, but lost communication with the woman shortly thereafter.

None of the victims have been identified.
