President Trump shared a video Saturday of the Louisiana State University football team dancing during their Friday visit to the White House.
Trump shared the video, originally posted by LSU star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase using the TikTok app, along with a message reflecting on the event.
“A great day at the White House for our National Champions, the LSU Tigers!” the president said.
Players dressed in suits and ties danced to the popular rap song “Get the Gat” by Lil Elt.

Texas Republicans Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Dan Crenshaw also responded to the viral videos from the visit with words of encouragement.

LSU quarterback Joe Burrow stated that his entire team had an “awesome experience” at the White House.
“He showed so much love to everyone on our team.” Burrow said about the president. “I don’t care if you’re a Republican, Democrat, don’t care about politics at all, that was an awesome experience for everybody.”
