Elizabeth Warren poked fun at conspiracy theorists Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman after they held a bizarre press conference claiming the Massachusetts senator is a “cougar” who had a sadomasochistic sexual relationship with a younger man.
The smear duo, known for their false claims targeting prominent political figures, held the press conference outside Burkman’s Arlington, Virginia, apartment. Although largely drowned out by hecklers, the two brought out a man who claimed he carried on a sexual relationship with Warren that featured elements of BDSM. The two said the man had a scar on his back that he received during one of their violent trysts.

Wohl and Burkman have in the past made false claims of sexual assault about Mayor Pete Buttigieg and former special counsel Robert Mueller.
The claim against Warren began to fall apart, like the other conspiracy theories, soon after the press conference concluded.
