How long did it take you to put the whole project together? About six months.
And who came up with the idea? I did.
Do you have your own business? We are starting our own business.
What will that be? We are called heatlhEworks. We will optimize and customize emergency health education.
What will be your major concentration as a company? Video education.
What will that include? It’s video health education for patients. Our product is targeted to the discharge process from an emergency department. So patients receive videos with customized health information about their particular problem.
Why did you choose this business field? This is the area we have expertise in because we are emergency room physicians. All three of us are pediatrics emergency room physicians.
Why did your plan win? How were you better? I don’t think we were better. I think we were an incredible team that had a feasible strategy and had a great product that has social good and a lot of opportunity.
How are you going to gain popularity? We are selling to hospitals. We will meet with them and discuss our product.
How does it feel to win? It feels great! It’s very exciting to be given the opportunity and we are thrilled to take it to the next level. — Hristina Ninova
