President Obama will address the nation Wednesday night in primetime. The subject? The plan for dealing with the Islamic State.
“The President will deliver an address to the nation from the State Floor of the White House Wednesday night at 9:00 PM EDT to discuss with the American people the threat posed by ISIL and to lay out the United States’ strategy for degrading and ultimately destroying the terrorist group,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest announced in a statement to the press.
