In the judgment of one of my most knowledgeable colleagues, this is the best Taiwan news animation ever:
“The genius of these Taiwanese re-enactments,” my colleague notes, is that they “are like the writings of Rigoberta Menchu. Not ‘accurate,’ exactly, but indicative of larger truths.”
