We’re not sure if it was this week’s “F you Marion” outburst at former Mayor Barry or the shouting match last week at the D.C. Council breakfast meeting. Or it could have been any one of his public tirades against the city’s chief financial officer (there’s definitely no love lost there).
But whatever the reason, Councilman David Catania’s antics have landed him on TBD.com’s Top Ten Angriest People in D.C.
Catania joins a formidable (and we really mean that) force that includes Mike Shanahan (you’d be angry, too, if you had to coach the Redskins), NPS spokesman Bill Line (that one got a big nod of understanding from our newsroom) and police union President Kris Baumann, whose job description seems to include bashing police Chief Cathy Lanier as often as possible.
Baumann joked with The Washington Examiner that he’s now mad he wasn’t ranked No. 1 on TBD’s list.
At least we think he was joking.
