Who: Rochester, N.Y., Museum of Kids Art Executive Director Michelle Cardulla What: Cardulla is accused of filing false time sheets in the names of her friends and relatives so that she could collect their wages. Cardulla and another employee pleaded not guilty to the felony charge of grand larceny, as well as other charges.
Why it’s an outrage: Cardulla’s alleged misdeeds siphoned money away from a $31,500 federal grant.
