VP of America First Legal slams 'unfounded attempts to clog the federal courts as part of state lawfare against the Administration'

House Republicans will get another shot at the Internal Revenue Service Tuesday morning when another congressional committee hearing will be held to examiner Lois Lerner’s missing emails. This is the third hearing in as many working days for the House of Representatives as Republicans try to uncover whether the IRS blatantly lost Lerner’s emails. IRS Chief John Koskinen appeared before a committee Friday and refused to apologize for the emails.

President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will meet with Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel this afternoon at the White House amid growing chaos in the Middle East and Iraq.
